Description
The Donkey Long Tong is an extra-long, heavy-duty fire tong designed for safely managing wood, hot coals and flames. Its 80cm reach gives you greater control around intense heat without having to lean directly over the fire.
Handmade in South Africa from 304 food-grade stainless steel, it features white oak handles for a comfortable grip, solid brass rivets and 301 spring stainless steel for a strong, responsive tong action. The shell-shaped head is designed to securely grip logs and coals, while a sliding lock keeps the tong neatly closed when stored.
A built-in stainless steel bottle opener adds a useful fireside extra. At approximately 640g, it's a substantial and purpose-built tool for controlling and maintaining your fire.
